Monster Island, The Asylum’s 2019 mockbuster which was released ironically at the same moment as Godzilla King of the Monsters is about an Island called Monster Island. A monster may be found there; the monster is, in other words, the island.


Because it is a film about an asylum it has a budget equivalent to a large children's meal. This allows it to focus on a few Monster Island (2019) by Decker Shado characters and film all of its big stars' sequences in one location during lunch. The Asylum might not do a terrible film because it's a kaiju film.
